No response to my two messages indicating the impossibility of applying the discount. An order arrived very late (unfortunate for a 4-year-old birthday!) Moreover, the binding is very fragile for children's use! Too bad

Mediocre quality. The photo poorly framed, no possibility to put different face photos. Moreover, when ordering, you cannot view all or at least part of the book and the story. As a result, I would not have chosen this theme of classical dance which does not correspond to my little girl. I would have chosen "Princess". Very disappointed with the quality-price ratio. I would not recommend it.

Hello, I sent you a message as soon as I received the book. I am disappointed compared to my previous orders. With this dinosaur book, the child seems to have his head sunk in. It looks like he has no neck, and that's not very nice. It's a shame.

Cover too thin. Problems with the dedication text, I had to print a text on adhesive paper to cover the original dedication. I was offered to reprint the book as compensation but the deadlines were too short to arrive in time for my niece's birthday. I requested a voucher for another book rather than a reprint. I received no response…

I already sent my opinion before... but no feedback! I was disappointed with the result: there are white bands at the bottom or top of some pages (as if the image was not centered), the message at the very beginning of the book (a dedication for my daughter) was cut off... so no interest. And I had received a message saying there would be "a gift" because it was my birthday, saw nothing! For about 37€, I expected much better.

My children have received a personalized book every Christmas. It makes us laugh to see the evolution and their faces... unfortunately, I find that the book is getting a bit expensive. With shipping costs, etc., it's a gift of almost 40€.

I order every year on the site. However, I think this will be the last time. I had already noticed the presence of spelling mistakes in my previous orders. In this one, I see that in 7 instances in the story, the hero (personalized with the photo) is in the same position. At over 30€ for the book, I would have hoped for more originality...

Very well written story, the child's name repeated many times and in a different color. The little recipients were delighted! Only downside... the quality of the binding with plastic rings, I would have preferred a paperback book.

Very good customization of the book. The child and his photo are well highlighted. Book given to a 2 years 9 months old child. It was very well received. I didn't give 5 stars because of the quality of the paper. Maybe a bit too fragile for a 3-year-old child who turns the pages. An adult must accompany.

3rd photo book received quickly and as per the site. One star less because I find the graphics a bit coarse, the characters' hands are 'sloppy' but the colors are beautiful and the child's photo is highlighted. The little ones appreciate these books.

Very poorly framed photos of the characters. Text without interest. Very low-end book. I am very disappointed it was much more serious before. This was my 5th order over several years and it will be the last. I strongly advise against it.
