Nice witch story, harmonious photo embedding and good quality glossy cardboard paper (thick enough to facilitate handling and durability). However, the cover is as thick as the pages and this complicates holding it in the hands of a 4-year-old child. The spiral binding is not suitable for pages that can be torn out. Finally, customer service is slow. Don't waste your time trying to speed up your transfer by paying extra fees (everything is manually verified), nor trying to speed up your delivery because even paying more, it takes over a week to arrive! In short, mixed feelings about the experience...

I am disappointed because it is indicated on the site that the drawing will be adapted according to the child's hair color. This is not the first time I order from you, the book is great, the delivery is fast, the only small downside is that it is impossible to have it delivered to an address other than the billing address. I tried several times but it was impossible. So I had to send it back to the other address afterwards. Otherwise, very nice and the pleasure and joy of the children when they discover it.
