Very disappointed with this order. On one hand, customer service does not respond clearly to inquiries, especially regarding the preview. And the final product is of absolute worthlessness, poverty of dialogues, images, and story. For a book about space, there isn't even the solar system... very little personalization. So ashamed to give this to a 9-year-old girl that I threw it away. Fortunately, I had ordered early enough and was able to order a book from https://www.creermonlivre.com/super-hros-bd-personnalise.....much better!

Initially, I love the concept but 2 people out of 4 are pixelated... I had sent the photos by email and asked if it would work. I was told yes, but seeing 2 of the photos on the finished product, I admit I hesitate to give it as a gift, I am disappointed...

Very nice, it will make a great gift but I am disappointed with the quality of the photos that do not come out well despite a good photo initially... there should be a preview before validating or an email return if the photo is not suitable. Thank you

The delivery was long and delayed without explanation, I don't find that very professional. As for the book, it is fun for my son to discover himself in it, it’s very cute. However, the texts are not at all suitable for children, they are far too complicated and therefore useless.

The illustrations are pretty. The only thing I don't like is that the cover and pages could have been stiffer. I had already ordered similar books elsewhere and the advantage was that it wasn't easy for children to damage them.

Great book with the photo very well embedded, story very well written and illustrated! However, be careful to take into account the child's gender (Some adjectives in the story are spelled in the masculine while the book was addressed to a girl)!

I sincerely regret not having a preview on the site before placing the order. In my case, I ordered two books, one where my granddaughter is very well presented with a smile, the other unfortunately the selected photo does not stand out as I thought. After several years of ordering, this is the first time I am disappointed, but that doesn't mean I won't return to the site.
