I ordered 3 at the same time and I am very disappointed with the quality of the faces in the books. It's blurry and very dull compared to the photos I sent. Very disappointed with the printing of the 3 books. It's the first time I am disappointed with the result. I don't think I will order other books for the next few years.

I already sent my opinion before... but no feedback! I was disappointed with the result: there are white bands at the bottom or top of some pages (as if the image was not centered), the message at the very beginning of the book (a dedication for my daughter) was cut off... so no interest. And I had received a message saying there would be "a gift" because it was my birthday, saw nothing! For about 37€, I expected much better.

I order every year on the site. However, I think this will be the last time. I had already noticed the presence of spelling mistakes in my previous orders. In this one, I see that in 7 instances in the story, the hero (personalized with the photo) is in the same position. At over 30€ for the book, I would have hoped for more originality...

Nice witch story, harmonious photo embedding and good quality glossy cardboard paper (thick enough to facilitate handling and durability). However, the cover is as thick as the pages and this complicates holding it in the hands of a 4-year-old child. The spiral binding is not suitable for pages that can be torn out. Finally, customer service is slow. Don't waste your time trying to speed up your transfer by paying extra fees (everything is manually verified), nor trying to speed up your delivery because even paying more, it takes over a week to arrive! In short, mixed feelings about the experience...

I ordered a stuffed animal with the name embroidered on it and I received the right stuffed animal but the name was embroidered not on the stuffed animal just on a white fabric to be added.
