Super beautiful article! Nothing to complain about! However, the packaging box did not adequately protect my items... especially the Christmas tree tattoo which was damaged at the ends because the box was not suitable for this item. Bad experience not because of the product or your company but entirely due to your delivery person (Chronopost) who does not do his job. I had to go pick up my package at a relay point even though I waited all day without moving from home because he did not knock on the door and once a new delivery was scheduled with their customer service, it was never done; I then received a message informing me that my package would only be available for 3 more days. I then made a 10km trip there and back to retrieve it but frankly if it hadn't been a very specific Christmas gift I would have let you return it.

Hello The placemats are perfect But the tree is not a product I would recommend We positioned it but it was not well secured After taking it apart the color is already fading It is not stable I did not find on the site the other balls that are seen in the advertisement And it takes quite a long time to install It would be good to provide practical attachments for the balls Best regards

Two orders placed, two orders arrived damaged/broken. Messages sent with photos. An email a week later to say they would look into it.. without a solution. A canvas worth almost 200€ broken, I expected a response within 48 hours with either a replacement shipment or at least a refund. A shame!

The products are really very beautiful, original, and of very good quality. However, the order tracking and especially the returns are really ineffective. I returned part of my order a month and a half ago, it was received well after some delivery inconveniences and I have been waiting for the refund for 15 days now. Without any news from you!
