In fact, 90% of our products are imagined and designed in our Drôme workshop 🇫🇷. One of the two placemats was not at all what it looked like on the website. After a call to customer service to ask about the possibility of exchanging for an extra pair in addition to the set that doesn't match the visual, you're kindly told that you'll have to pay for the return postage and also for the new order... a shame for a MIF brand.
