Perfect item, as described. On the other hand, I was not at all satisfied with the way my delivery was organized: the truck was too big and had no access to the street, the deliveryman was not available at the right times, it was a real headache.

Fast shipping and well-protected package. The painting is beautiful. I would have appreciated it if it had been specified that the attachment system was not included. Or better yet, for the price, that it was. The painting is magnificent.

No information was received regarding confirmation of shipment of the parcel and the possibility of tracking the parcel. With no news of the order, I contacted the after-sales service, which told me that the parcel had been available for 1 week at point relais x, but the parcel was not there. After contacting DPD, it turned out to be at another relay point. On the other hand, very satisfied with the items received.

Beautiful carpet. Order processed promptly, shipping and packaging handled with care. The price is a bit high for vinyl in my opinion, but the patterns are superb. I'm very happy with my rug.
