The dpd delivery on the other hand left something to be desired; they supposedly came by when I hadn't left my house and I had to collect my parcel from their warehouse.

Item conforms to our expectations. On the other hand, the DPD delivery service was catastrophic (tracking number 10264000149528): they did confirm the requested delivery date, but the deliveryman never came, despite a text message warning us the same day of a delivery between 2.30pm and 5pm. We were stuck all day waiting for the delivery, only to have to pick up the parcel 1/2 hour away! We won't recommend you again if we have to deal with this company, it's pathetic!
