Received the item and sent it back immediately. The picture on the website is misleading as it looks like the coaster has relief but it doesn't; a piece of linoleum! However, I must admit that the product description is clear, I should never have ordered knowing that I would have to pay for the return!

Disappointing: The rendering of the copies received does not correspond to what is shown on the site: much darker and without contrast. Items can be returned, but at the buyer's expense (which is more than €10).

with the bridge of the ascension and your realizations made to order, the delivery was delayed and the deliveryman almost took again my parcel (9 working days to withdraw it!) The packaging of framed canvases needs to be reviewed. Foam to protect the corners would be useful. The box didn't look damaged when it was delivered, but in the end one corner of the painting is damaged. In short, I'm not sure I want to place another order.

I ordered 2 vinyl mats, one is flat and the other, despite 2 weeks under weights, still buckles and strangely in the opposite direction to the packaging. Very disappointed considering the price! Have I already reported this problem? Have a nice day!

The service provider in charge of the dpd delivery really sucked at late delivery 3 times! With delivery dates not kept. So although the product meets my expectations, I won't be recommending pdts podevache as long as dpd remains its delivery service provider.

The description of personalized products on the website is limited and confusing. It would be wise to write in black and white which style of typography is used for which model. You could even add photos to match. I was expecting to be shown the finished model for validation before printing. I'm very disappointed with the final result and the customer service / after-sales service is very poor.
