No information was received regarding confirmation of shipment of the parcel and the possibility of tracking the parcel. With no news of the order, I contacted the after-sales service, which told me that the parcel had been available for 1 week at point relais x, but the parcel was not there. After contacting DPD, it turned out to be at another relay point. On the other hand, very satisfied with the items received.

We understand your frustration and we're very sorry. For your information, we cover 50% of shipping costs and charge the remaining 50% to customers. We don't offer these costs on our website (except for a first order or during a commercial operation) to be as transparent as possible and not to increase the final price of our products. We produce 90% of our products in France, so our margins are low.
