It's not right that the Pôdevache brand name is not written on the placemat. As it's a dark model that you ordered, the name should still be marked in black on the bottom right-hand corner of the placemat. If this is not the case, please let us know so that we can find a solution.

The delivery system or the choice of carrier is really not adapted to this holiday season .... You pay delivery charges and the service is not rendered.
