After a disappointing last order, I wanted to reorder to not end on a disappointment. But again, the item received is very different from the photo on the site. Poor finishes and a cheap look, way too expensive for gadgets that are ultimately very ordinary!

It's a pity that it is not indicated that the "African Mask Vinyl Table Mat Set - Ø38 cm" is not completely round, in addition to the major issues with Chronopost for which you are not responsible but which caused me a lot of energy and wasted time.

Two orders placed, two orders arrived damaged/broken. Messages sent with photos. An email a week later to say they would look into it.. without a solution. A canvas worth almost 200€ broken, I expected a response within 48 hours with either a replacement shipment or at least a refund. A shame!
