Hello, I ordered 2 outside cushions, the same as I already had, it was to complete and I received two velvet cushions so disappointed.

One of the two placemats was not at all what it looked like on the website. After a call to customer service to ask about the possibility of exchanging for an extra pair in addition to the set that doesn't match the visual, you're kindly told that you'll have to pay for the return postage and also for the new order... a shame for a MIF brand.
