Very satisfied with my order but very dissatisfied with the DPD carrier. My parcel was due to arrive on Thursday 19 December 2024, the carrier arrived but did not have my parcel in his truck, delivery postponed to Friday 20 December 2024 in a Pick up relay but once there I was told that DPD did not serve this relay on Fridays because of the market (this was not mentioned on the website). I phoned DPD to let them know and they offered to collect my parcel from their depot in Saran (1h30 from my home), which I refused. So we rescheduled the delivery for Monday 23rd December 2024. I finally received my parcel. I think it's taking a bit long to receive my order. I wanted to let you know. Best regards.
