No after-sales service I'm still waiting for a return slip which I have to sort out myself. Returns are almost impossible and given the prices this is unacceptable.

Hello Karine, we are sorry for your negative experience with our after-sales service. We replied to all your emails within 24 hours, explaining how to return an item. In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are indeed responsible for the return shipping costs. It was also clearly stated on the product sheet that the carpet was vinyl and not suede or real leather, and the color you received was exactly what you ordered. Best regards.
