No after-sales service I'm still waiting for a return slip which I have to sort out myself. Returns are almost impossible and given the prices this is unacceptable.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are indeed responsible for the return shipping costs. It was also clearly stated on the product sheet that the carpet was vinyl and not suede or real leather, and the color you received was exactly what you ordered. Best regards.

One of the two placemats was not at all what it looked like on the website. After a call to customer service to ask about the possibility of exchanging for an extra pair in addition to the set that doesn't match the visual, you're kindly told that you'll have to pay for the return postage and also for the new order... a shame for a MIF brand.
