with the bridge of the ascension and your realizations made to order, the delivery was delayed and the deliveryman almost took again my parcel (9 working days to withdraw it!) I had not envisaged this delay. Otherwise, the order met my expectations, except for the pink fish: the background is whiter than the others.

The packaging of framed canvases needs to be reviewed. Foam to protect the corners would be useful. The box didn't look damaged when it was delivered, but in the end one corner of the painting is damaged. In short, I'm not sure I want to place another order.

I ordered 2 vinyl mats, one is flat and the other, despite 2 weeks under weights, still buckles and strangely in the opposite direction to the packaging. Very disappointed considering the price! Have I already reported this problem? Have a nice day!

Quality items. Perfect and true to my expectations BUT lamentable delivery: parcel dropped off at a relay station while I was stuck at home for 4 hours to receive the parcel (date and time range for delivery given by the same deliveryman !!!!).

I was delighted with the picture, having already bought one in the store. The carpet, on the other hand, doesn't meet my expectations, even if it's of excellent quality, it's still too artificial, the animal-skin style isn't really respected, the black color isn't deep but rather dark gray.
