Thank you for your feedback. Concerning the slip, it is to be signed on the pad in relay.
If you're talking about tracking, there were a total of 4 emails sent with the tracking info, one when the order was prepared, a second when the order was picked up and 2 others on tracking.

Perhaps they arrived in your spam folder?
