The product sheet shows the product by the unit, the description indicates the product by the unit.
What's more, you've taken care to choose each flavor, so it's surprising to think that you can get a whole box of 48 candies for 1.99.

It's normal to give a negative review when the service isn't up to scratch, but in this case your review is based on a lack of information on your part.

We replied less than 30 minutes later: 5 sept. 2023 13:55

Maybe the message is in your spam, but our request was simple, we asked for photos of your package seen from above and below. At the same time, we wanted to confirm the weight of your parcel when it left for delivery.
We received no reply from you. All exchanges are recorded in our customer support tool and all our orders cannot be shipped incomplete. You can also visit Tiktok to see how our orders are picked without a hitch.

Without a response from you, we cannot investigate with the carrier.

Please send us the requested information and a written confirmation from you.
