Hello, Thank you for your feedback. A little clarification on your delivery, you ordered on Friday 03 June at 22H46 with a standard delivery 2 to 3 days. Your parcel did not leave until Tuesday 07 June as no carrier was operating on Whit Monday. Once it had left on 07 June, it was delivered as indicated on 09 June, i.e. 48 hours later. You had the choice of using the cheaper Chronopost Relais service, with the order leaving on Saturday morning and being delivered on Tuesday morning. As explained on the transport page, GLS does not collect and deliver on Saturdays, and you had to take into account that Monday was a public holiday. 95% of our orders are delivered within 24h with Chronopost Relais or home delivery and 48 to 72h with GLS. Thank you for your order. As explained by email, one of the 2 Monsters purchased was indicated as having suffered shocks before shipment, hence the 25% discount and the message in red advising against purchase for the collection. As for the second, the Kahotic, they arrived damaged, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap, dunnage and double-wall cardboard. It's hard to do more, especially when you invest in high-quality bubble wrap. We take care to protect each can during shipment, but we have no control over shocks during transport. On the conveyors in the carriers' sorting centers, the packages fall several meters when they change direction (6 meters high on average), sometimes finding themselves under packages weighing 30 kg, and even with all this protection, it's difficult to protect the products any better. We do our utmost to prevent this from happening, and 98% of our orders arrive without a hitch, but there is always a risk. Thank you for your attention.

You have sent us several requests to obtain products for you, each time we told you that some products were already on the site and that the others were not possible, as on other competing sites. We had started to select products for you, but in view of the comments left, it doesn't encourage you to go any further. You've rated almost all our products at 1, so what's the point? Is it necessary to give bad marks to every product? We've worked heaven and earth to get your parcel delivered to Guadeloupe, and we find your feedback and ratings very harsh... Good evening, Thank you for your feedback, however we haven't received any email from you concerning this problem. Don't hesitate to let us know when the problem arises. On our side, we have access to the Chronopost interface and I can confirm the refusal of the parcel by your initial relay: SN TECHNOLOGY We have a gps scan of the deliveryman in front of the relay and a refusal stamp from the latter for having too many parcels. As we explain on our website, online sales have been on the rise for several months now, and relays are overloaded and refusing more and more parcels without blocking delivery in their relays with Chronopost. All they have to do is click on a button to cut off their availability on the relay card. So the driver dropped off the parcel as close as possible to the first relay, a 10-minute walk away (yes, we know the area well - we lived in the 15th arrondissement for 10 years). We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, and please don't hesitate to let us know, because in the end, every time a rating is 3 or 4, it comes from the carrier. As a result, we judge the carrier and, in this case, the sites that have nothing to do with us, instead of the shipping time and the quality of the service (excluding shipping). We processed your order in less than 24 hours. Thank you again for your confidence.

Hello Mickael, Thank you for your feedback. We fully understand the feedback on the shipping price. We informed customers a few weeks ago of the 25% diesel surcharge on shipping, and decided to pass on 15% in the price we offer. We preferred to be transparent, rather than maintain low transport costs like some competitors, but increase their prices by 60% and offer false discounts of 20 or 30%... marketing techniques we reject. We preferred to maintain consistent prices for imports and increase transport costs. Then, to differentiate ourselves, we decided to maintain a delivery rate of 24 hours, with same-day dispatch before 3pm. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your opinion, it's always much appreciated.
