Very expensive delivery? You opted for home delivery at 6.99€. 6,99€ for a 24h delivery, ordered at 12h35, you are delivered the next day at 15h, but yes it seems expensive for 24h delivery.

You had the option of relay point delivery at 4.49....

Out-of-date products? No, not really, they have expiry dates... The products concerned have an ANTI-GASPI logo, with the date displayed on each product in bold, but also before entering the item file and again in red this time if it has passed in your basket.
It's also shown on your invoice. In terms of transparency, we'll leave you to find better.

Your review is really surprising, at least the content of the review which is totally absurd.

The description of the boxes is very clear: "The cans are packaged in a cardboard box in Pop's America colors, no specific box."

As we already use a lot of bubble wrap and packing paper on our drinks, it's not possible to add another dedicated carton to put the cans in a box that would fit into another carton.

In ecological terms, this would be inappropriate and totally absurd.
Everything is clearly indicated in the description of the drinks boxes.

We have already replied to you by email.
You're mixing up "best before" and "sell by" dates.

On all the boxes you took, there was an error on our part on a dried meat.

All the other products, i.e. around 80 items, all had an expiry date of more than 3 months, except for 3 products ending on 31/08/24, which you received on 02/08/24. That's still one month of consumption on 3 products.
It seems pointless to explain again the US dates and the Chinese dates, which are the date of manufacture and not the best-before date, since our email went unanswered.

For the 3 products which finish at the end of August, hurry up and consume them before they become radioactive on 31/08....

We don't understand this score of 2 at all, as everything went smoothly with your order.

As a reminder, the dates are displayed on each item sheet, in your basket summary and also on your invoice (second page of the pdf).

In fact, the capacity is displayed on each item sheet. The Monsters you bought are collector's Monsters from Brazil and the US. The capacity of the Monster outside Europe is always 473ML and not 500ML like the basic versions you find in supermarkets.

Don't forget to take a good look at the product descriptions and details - everything is clearly displayed on the site, so you'll have all the information you need when making your purchase.
Bear in mind that these are imports, hence the high price.

Yes as you say, product date: 02/14/2025, it is a production 2 months ago...
Furthermore, you didn't buy Pop-Tarts but Toast'Em, it's not the same product, nor the same brand.

Toast-Em like Pop-Tarts can have the opening of the carton that opens during transport, which does not change the protection of the product since each tartlet is individually protected by closed packaging.

In the end, nothing matters to you anymore given all your negative reviews on the products?

Yes, it was indicated on the site, under the wholesale price, all the dates are displayed on the products.
You still had a summary in your shopping cart with all the dates under each product.
And by transparency this date is also displayed on your invoice.

With all this information available prior to your purchase, it's a bit odd to point out this date problem.

What's more, we're talking about a DDM and not a DLC, which is also explained on the site.

We found 2 cans in your order: a Red Bull where it was indicated on the site in the description that this Red Bull could have a few dents and then a Monster Japan.

As you can see, both the glass bottles and the cans are individually wrapped and protected as much as possible.

The glass bottles arrived undamaged, which proves the quality of the packaging, but we're not immune to a shock.

Cans are very fragile, so there's always a risk during transport, despite all the protection we can't control.
