You didn't like the dried meat and cheddar spray, we can understand because you didn't like it, but to come and say that you had a bad experience ordering at 3:30 pm on August 10, 2022 and receiving your package on August 11, 2022 at 1 pm, less than 24 hours later, what a bad experience.

Happy with my order except that I had ordered a jalapeno cheese sauce and a habanero cheese sauce but I got 2 jalapeno cheeses. Disappointed because I can't taste the habanero cheese, but apart from that you're top notch. I'll recommend it and hope there are no mistakes next time.

We do our utmost to protect them with special bubble wrap, but it sometimes happens during transport that this is not enough. The site is really very attractive and the products very varied. At first, I was a bit worried that it was a site where you order but never receive it 🤣. What almost happened....Customer service, despite a little hiccup at the start as I was quite annoyed with the delivery service that couldn't deliver, was top notch and managed this incident. Dissatisfied with the delivery, which was not their fault, but satisfied with the way Pop's America handled the problem so that I could be delivered. The package was great!
