everything is perfect. there are lots of products to choose from, quality, no nasty surprises. the site is magnificently well designed. contact with the managers is very pleasant, they are competent people who know their customers' expectations perfectly well. as for delivery? what can I say, you can't expect anything better, the perfection of hyper-short delivery times, as soon as the next day, well-done parcels, people who really give the impression of wanting to do well and above all of loving what they do to satisfy their customers. bravo and thank you.

You didn't like the dried meat and cheddar spray, we can understand because you didn't like it, but to come and say that you had a bad experience ordering at 3:30 pm on August 10, 2022 and receiving your package on August 11, 2022 at 1 pm, less than 24 hours later, what a bad experience.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we're very sorry if some of the cans were a little dented. We do our utmost to protect them with special bubble wrap, but it sometimes happens during transport that this is not enough. We are continuing to look for the best solution without this also impacting the price of the cans, as packaging is constantly increasing. Thank you for your understanding and your confidence.
