That's the point of buying an anti-gaspi box, to have products at 70% off on average.
No text talks about a short date or 3 weeks, it is well written, an anti-gaspi box with products whose DDM and not DLC is exceeded.

That's how it is on any food website.

Why buy an anti-gaspi box and complain that the dates have passed?

Thank you for your feedback. The description clearly states that since 01/01/2024, the box is sent in a normal box to reduce the use of packaging.

We used to use 2 boxes, plus packing for a simple box, we decided a year ago to reduce this packaging to avoid overconsumption of cardboard.

The shipping costs are high in relay point when you order heavy items.
In your case 20 cans, that's more than 10Kg. Yes, 10€ for shipping may seem high, but your package wasn't 500g, the carrier charges by weight.
Do the test at the post office, and you'll see the price you pay for 1Kg and for 10Kg, it will triple or quadruple.

But in your case, it was free because you used a promotional code that reduced your bill by more than 10€,

What can I do?

We haven't found any complaints with Chronopost or with us.
You should have refused the parcel as indicated on the website in the case of an open parcel.

We are surprised that the sweets could have become warm at this time of year.
Some candies like the one you ordered:
Jelly Filled Brains have a gummy, runny appearance which is their normal appearance.

For the extra packaging, you can always send glass jars with little or no protection, it could indeed limit the "Too much", not sure you would be satisfied to open a package full of glass pieces.

The description of the boxes is very clear: "The cans are packaged in a cardboard box in Pop's America colors, no specific box."

As we already use a lot of bubble wrap and packing paper on our drinks, it's not possible to add another dedicated carton to put the cans in a box that would fit into another carton.

In ecological terms, this would be inappropriate and totally absurd.
Everything is clearly indicated in the description of the drinks boxes.
