The Schokobons are on average 3€ more expensive at our confreres, the Creamy were sold with a 35% discount and the Kornetti are an Italian novelty found in France between 9.99 and 12.99, we offer them at 7.99€.
We're not into high prices, but fair prices for you and for us.

Of course, we're a little different from a lot of sites that offer 40% discounts on prices that are 60% higher... The visual effect...
In any case, for the items you've ordered, it's difficult to offer anything better, as they come from far away: Dubai, India and Italy, so import costs remain high.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven't had any messages to support to report this. However, it was indicated in the description in black and white that the cans had slight impacts before shipment. (On the ones you ordered)

They are individually protected with reinforced bubble wrap, and another bubble wrap to reinforce the whole package.
As indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee shock-free transport via the carriers.

Thank you for your feedback. As you correctly pointed out, they are well protected, but all it takes is for a protective bubble to burst and the slightest shock to the package can cause an impact.
The cans are sorted individually so that they are not sent.

The only cans we've mentioned that could be subject to very slight impacts are those from Brazil, which travelled in 2 different containers, involving a lot of handling and the risk of impact.

Please don't hesitate to send us photos to see the "impacts" you mention.

Indeed, the box focuses on sweets, as indicated on the item sheet and on the photo. On the savoury side, the box includes chips, mac'n cheese and dried meat, the main US bestsellers.
We could offer more savory items, but some American flavors aren't necessarily the most popular :)

As soon as your parcel was sent on 03/04, Mondial Relay asked you to change the relay, as it was no longer available to receive your parcel.
The parcel was delivered to the new relay 48 hours later, with no further delay.

It is very common for relays to be saturated, which is why Mondial Relais offers you an alternative relay to avoid your parcel stagnating for several days or weeks in the sorting centers.

Mondial offered you the nearest available relay which was 2.9km from the other relay.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven't found the products you mention with an expiration date, the date is indicated on each item sheet on the site.
The shortest date on the ten or so flavors you took is June 2023, some go to 2024.
Perhaps you've misread the date, which can be reversed in the US, but in any case you don't have any chips with a date before June. You can check your invoice where all the dates are indicated.

Thank you for your feedback. There are several reasons for the shortages:
- Delivery time from the US, minimum 6 weeks in transit, then customs clearance, then delivery again.
Many products come back regularly, but with alerts, some customers can take several dozen quantities at once.
- Sharp price rises, or new taxes. Pop Tarts, for example, are subject to a 30% price increase, so we have to wait for a price cut to restock.
- Some products are not available immediately

On average, we're around 15% out of stock, but for several days now we've been completely deactivating products that won't be back within 3 months, to lighten the search. We've also added an "In Stock" filter to speed up your search.

Finally, at the end of May we'll be moving to a new warehouse and a new region, which is likely to increase stock-outs for a few months.

Thank you for your feedback. We totally agree with you. We are in the process of restocking our mini cartons for orders with small products such as chewing gum. We are currently out of stock and have had to use the 25cm cartons for your shipment. We do not use bubble envelopes for food products.

Gls postponed the delivery by one day due to a problem on their side with the delivery person who was supposed to deliver on the day announced.
The delivery time is not guaranteed with Gls but recommended from 24 to 72 hours, in your case it was 72 hours as announced at the time of your order and on your invoice (delivery between the 22nd and 24th).

We'll pass on the problem of the dents to Gls. However, you had a Monster named "Damaged with dents" in your 50% off order.
We recommend Mondial Relay on the site for packages with drinks, the processing of packages is less hectic 🤗

Hello, we've had no reports or photos of products being damaged in transit. As you pointed out, they are carefully and individually packaged. However, when there is a large number of cans in an order like yours, more than 15 cans, despite all the protection in place, the packages are very heavy, more than 12 kilos, and the risk of impact is very high.

Thank you for your feedback. After checking, there were no Pop Tarts in Anti-Gaspi. The dates are displayed on your invoice, normally they correspond to the batch of each product, we did not find any Pop Tarts with an outdated date on your order. Perhaps the day and month have been inverted when reading the date?
