The Fanta and Coca cans have no impact before dispatch. It is highly likely that the can received a shock during transport, and depending on the violence of the shock during transport, a can may take a big impact on the sorting line. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as 0 risk with fragile products.

Normally, however, there's no penalty, given that the product is intended for consumption.

Unfortunately we are dependent on the delivery of your parcel and can only report the problem to the GLS company for this home delivery with the latter. If you place a new order, try delivery with Mondial Relay or Chronopost, the result may be of better quality, bearing in mind that the problem is often human. (Delivery person)

I ordered the Cheetos puff for my husband ,he was happy 😍,fast delivery the only problem is that chips arrived on 26/10 and it expires on 31/10 , it's a bit annoying .

We processed your complaint within 24 hours. A glass bottle was slightly emptied according to your photos and account without being uncapped.
We have reimbursed the bottle in the form of a credit note as indicated in our terms and conditions, despite the fact that you made no reservations when you received the package. The bottle had leaked but there was no trace of liquid in the package.

As mentioned, in the event of damage to the parcel, we do not return the product but reimburse it in the form of a credit note for amounts of less than 10€.

At no time did we indicate that the problem came from you, but that we had never encountered this problem, i.e. a glass bottle that empties without being opened and broken, nothing more.

We apologize for this incident.

Thank you for your feedback. Concerning the charges for Dom-Tom, they have been multiplied by 2 for several months: Diesel surcharge, and volumetric weight now and no longer the actual weight. We apply the no-gain rate.
This is a service we offer for the French overseas departments and territories, where few sites (in all fields) continue to do so.
