So if you have the possibility of having all these products near you, there's no point in ordering from us?
In fact, if you go to a store that carries a dozen or so US or Asian products, our catalog of over 1,200 products becomes totally obsolete.

If we look at your order (we've taken the liberty of doing so), you've taken basic products that not everyone is lucky enough to have on their doorstep, but nothing in the way of typical US products...

However, I doubt you'll find Red Bull Ocean Blast, Monster Irish or Strawb Kiwi, Coke from Mexico, M&M's Cookies & Scream etc. near you...

So we didn't understand the principle of ordering products you have at home...

The pops america site and team are to be recommended. Very attentive to customer needs and very responsive. The downside is the worldwide carrier relay who employs a priori thieves, indeed several items were missing. I would like to thank the Pop america team who remedied this problem by returning the missing products. 👌🏽👌🏽

You get free shipping on orders over €50, and codes from 10 to 20% all the time. Don't forget all these elements, plus the possibility of paying in several instalments without charge, which we also take care of.

And don't forget our wide range of discounted products.

We offer a premium service with same-day shipping, high-quality packaging and protection for all items.
All at a cost.

It's always cheaper elsewhere, but with the same level of service, and we're often 20% cheaper than our competitors.

Remember in your case that you tested products from Brazil and Australia, countries that are far away with very high import costs.

It's a tricky time for chocolates, as indicated on the site 15 days ago, we strongly advise against chocolates during the summer.

In your case, it seems to be a parcel left in the sun because the parcel left the air-conditioned warehouse at 3pm at the end of the day and was available the next day in Locker 33. Lockers are not recommended at this time of year, as they are in direct sunlight 90% of the time.

Please do not hesitate to come back to us by email, as the parcel will not be accepted on our side if it has been opened or even without an explicit return request on your part.
