Happy with my order except that I had ordered a jalapeno cheese sauce and a habanero cheese sauce but I got 2 jalapeno cheeses. Disappointed because I can't taste the habanero cheese, but apart from that you're top notch. I'll recommend it and hope there are no mistakes next time.

We have a chat on the site open 7 days a week, a phone line where we also answer 7 days a week and a contact form available 24 hours a day. We apologize for any errors we may have made, but we always correct them as soon as they are reported. It's never too late, you can send us a photo of the products you've received on [email protected] and we'll do what's necessary to rectify the error. Thank you for your understanding. Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we're very sorry if some of the cans were a little dented. We do our utmost to protect them with special bubble wrap, but it sometimes happens during transport that this is not enough. We are continuing to look for the best solution without this also impacting the price of the cans, as packaging is constantly increasing. Thank you for your understanding and your confidence.

We have 1200 references on the site, and currently 128 references are unavailable because they are either not produced at the moment, or the products are being restocked, which makes 8% unavailable, which is very very low. The site is really very attractive and the products very varied. At first, I was a bit worried that it was a site where you order but never receive it 🤣. What almost happened....Customer service, despite a little hiccup at the start as I was quite annoyed with the delivery service that couldn't deliver, was top notch and managed this incident. Dissatisfied with the delivery, which was not their fault, but satisfied with the way Pop's America handled the problem so that I could be delivered. The package was great! I loved the presentation of the personalized box. Serious site and responsive customer service

Just to clarify, delivery isn't that expensive since we offer Mondial Relay from €4.50 and above all free delivery from €49, an offer you took advantage of since you didn't pay any shipping costs :) The other carriers are obviously more expensive, you have express delivery with Chronopost in 24h and home delivery with GLS, it's a more expensive service with the carriers to get home delivery now.
