Easy to navigate website, had a chance to order exactly what I wanted and missed from the US - Snyder's Pretzels with Jalapeño and Buffalo spices! Yummy! The only downside was Mondial Relay shipping, once it the parcel got into Barcelona it got stuck somewhere for over 3 weeks! It eventually arrived to me in Menorca over a month later. Other than that the product is good and I recommend this site.

Order well received and compliant, but disappointed by the customer service. The site indicated that delivery to a pickup point was free for orders over 69 €, which was my case. However, delivery fees were charged to me. I contacted customer service for explanations, but I received no response. Too bad, as a simple return would have been appreciated.

For the order I was able to place recently, everything went well, received in a very reasonable time with all the ordered products. However, for an order placed earlier, since the corresponding package never arrived, I requested a refund and that has not yet been done. Above all, I have been waiting for the refund confirmation from them for 3 weeks. I find this a bit unacceptable.
