Prices are based on the purchase price and all the ancillary costs we incur (invisible to the customer).

The product in question has become very difficult to import. A year ago we were selling it for €2.99, now it's €4.49 because its import price has doubled, and yet we've only passed on 2/3 of the increase, the remaining 1/3 is at our expense.

This product is sold for around $3 in the USA, so we suggest you order it directly from the US :) (We're joking, of course).

The price of your delivery is 5.99 from France to Belgium for delivery within 3 days, which is a fair price. (shipping within 24h)
We could do Mondial Relay as before at 3.99 and delivery within 10 days if the parcel isn't stolen, but we opted for quality of service from start to finish (that goes for the transport offer).

We don't make any margin on transport (it's forbidden) and we still put money in our pocket to offer you this price.

You'll also earn loyalty points, which you can redeem for a discount on your next purchase, or keep warm if you wish.

After searching, we couldn't find any trace of an e-mail with a photo or a call to notify us of this problem.
We would have liked to be able to see this on a photo because, as you can see, the cans are individually wrapped and protected to avoid this kind of problem.

Unfortunately, there's no such thing as 0 risk when it comes to transport, especially when orders include more than 10 Monster cans, as the package gets heavier and heavier and the risk increases during handling at sorting centers.

However, regarding the dates, there can be no surprises since all the item sheets on the site display the dates at the time of purchase. You'll find this information in bold under the price.

You'll also find it in your shopping basket when you validate it (below each item) and, by transparency, it's also available on your invoice.

It's up to you whether you choose a product with a short date or not.

We try to be as transparent as possible about dates, so that customers have all the information they need before making a purchase.

You had to pay for delivery because you bought goods for €5.98. Delivery is free for orders over €59.
Unfortunately we are not the delivery company and cannot be held responsible when the delivery person drops off a parcel at another relay point.

We don't know how you know that the initial relay point was full, as it's a locker, unless you have access to the locker?
We found that the locker was full, nothing unusual after a purchase during the Black Friday period, which is very common during the end-of-year peaks.

However, the delivery driver was very professional, as he dropped off your parcel at the nearest locker, 847m away to be precise, less than 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, which is still acceptable.

Your parcel was delivered in 48h (announced in 3 to 5 days), order shipped on Monday after ordering on Sunday evening.

According to the tracking of your order, the parcel was delivered in 24h instead of 72h in a point relay following the passage of the deliveryman during your absence.
In this period of strong parcel influence, delivery drivers can no longer return to the customer's home several times if the latter is absent.
Instead, they drop off parcels at the nearest relay point.

As far as prices are concerned, they're the market prices in France (we're often the cheapest), but don't forget to mention that you've benefited from a 15% discount and free delivery, which are considerable advantages when ordering.
Quality service, fast delivery, protected parcels - all this comes at a price, and you need to bear that in mind.

Concerning the Ranch sauce, unfortunately it ran out 8 days ago, we had it in stock for over 4 months, but it's a flagship product as you point out, it goes very quickly, many of our customers take them by 6 to avoid running out.

Don't forget to register on the item page, and you'll receive an email when it's back in stock, probably in November.

Don't forget that American products are not imported in a matter of days, but ordered and imported several months in advance, and that an out-of-stock product may not be back in stock within a few days.

10 minutes after receiving your e-mail, we ask you, like any other company, to justify the condition of the package and the punctured can with a simple photo.

You replied: "Poo, I've already thrown everything away at the waste disposal center"! At the waste disposal center, not in the garbage can!
The carrier reports no complaints, your parcel still weighs the same despite the leaking products, and you have nothing to send us to confirm the veracity of your statements.

Without proof in the form of a simple photo, we cannot intervene.
