First of all, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate taking the time to leave a review, but we like them to be fair and constructive. In this case, however, your feedback doesn't really reflect reality.

You were disappointed by the product's price, but before you buy it, you're told that it's "sold individually", with a full explanation of the product's weight and the choice of flavour, which is a good indication that it's a single product, and it's well explained.
Would the 2€ box have been strange? It's 0.30cts in the US, which is fine, but in Europe, as with all our competitors, the product is 1.99cts. Its importation and the 6-month shortage of this product have made it expensive. AND it's going to happen again. There's always the option of ordering the product in the US at $0.30.

You're talking about out-of-date products, we're talking about anti-gaspi products, which is not the same thing.
Pop's America's catalog includes 1,250 references and a section called ANTI-GASPI with around 60 products every month. That's where you bought 4 products in this category, you know the ones with the big pink and blue ANTI-GASPI logo, the date displayed in red automatically on the item card but also before you go to the card.

This same date, still in red on ANTI-GASPi products, was also displayed in your basket summary and during the purchase process.

What's more, you paid for these low-priced products with an average discount of 50%, not to mention free delivery and the 20% discount code.

And because we're always transparent, you'll also find this same date on your invoice.

We've also seen that you have Asian products, so you must not have understood that the date displayed is the date of manufacture, not the date of minimum durability.

You can be disappointed and simply say: "Ah, despite all the warnings, I didn't see the date on the products and I didn't read the description of the individual product", but no, you should always come and express your dissatisfaction without even taking the time to check your words... It was a bit long as an answer, we apologize, but we like to clarify things, especially when the statement is false.

In fact, if you go to a store that carries a dozen or so US or Asian products, our catalog of over 1,200 products becomes totally obsolete.

If we look at your order (we've taken the liberty of doing so), you've taken basic products that not everyone is lucky enough to have on their doorstep, but nothing in the way of typical US products...

However, I doubt you'll find Red Bull Ocean Blast, Monster Irish or Strawb Kiwi, Coke from Mexico, M&M's Cookies & Scream etc. near you...

So we didn't understand the principle of ordering products you have at home...

It's a tricky time for chocolates, as indicated on the site 15 days ago, we strongly advise against chocolates during the summer.

In your case, it seems to be a parcel left in the sun because the parcel left the air-conditioned warehouse at 3pm at the end of the day and was available the next day in Locker 33. Lockers are not recommended at this time of year, as they are in direct sunlight 90% of the time.

Thank you for your feedback, there was indeed a problem with Mondial Relay on your delivery and we are very sorry.
You placed your order on Friday evening, and it left our premises on Monday lunchtime, but was then held up at the Villeneuve branch for 10 days, as the initial relay was no longer accepting parcels.

In the tracking system, you can see that the parcel left for delivery every day, but could not be delivered to the relay due to heavy traffic in your area.

This kind of problem is relatively rare; 90% of our Mondial Relay shipments are delivered within 72 hours. In your case, there was an incident beyond our control.

Thank you for your feedback. It sometimes happens during transport, despite the protection, that packages are handled quite roughly.
With heavy products like the ones you ordered (bottles, cans), this can cause shocks to the potato chips.
Potato chips are fragile products, and there's no such thing as 0 risk with this type of product. It's very rare, but it can happen.

What happened with Mondial Relay because your parcel left on 31/05 and was available the next day, 01/06, in the relay.
You then went to collect it on the 05, so we don't really understand what happened as the parcel was at the relay less than 24 hours after dispatch.

Thanks for the feedback even if we don't agree (and yes we have the right too ^^).
The date is displayed on the item sheet just below the price in a larger font.
But as we wanted to emphasize the visibility of the date, it's also displayed in the shopping cart under each item and if the product date has passed, it's in red.

There's only so much we can do: display the product sheet, display the basket summary, and print it on the invoice available in your account.

The score of 3 is a bit harsh. The seller does his utmost to be transparent, but you also have to play the game on the consumer's side, and not always put the blame on the seller.

Good evening Ahmad, the Takis are indeed Spanish versions. The European version is clearly indicated in the details of each item on the site, as are the Dinosaurus cereals.

As far as Takis are concerned, the Mexican and US versions have been banned in Europe since 2022, as they contain much too high levels of certain colorants that the European Union no longer validates.
Luckily, we still have the Spanish versions. All versions from Mexico or the US are no longer authorized for sale.

The Schokobons are on average 3€ more expensive at our confreres, the Creamy were sold with a 35% discount and the Kornetti are an Italian novelty found in France between 9.99 and 12.99, we offer them at 7.99€.
We're not into high prices, but fair prices for you and for us.

Of course, we're a little different from a lot of sites that offer 40% discounts on prices that are 60% higher... The visual effect...
In any case, for the items you've ordered, it's difficult to offer anything better, as they come from far away: Dubai, India and Italy, so import costs remain high.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven't had any messages to support to report this. However, it was indicated in the description in black and white that the cans had slight impacts before shipment. (On the ones you ordered)

They are individually protected with reinforced bubble wrap, and another bubble wrap to reinforce the whole package.
As indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee shock-free transport via the carriers.

Thank you for your feedback. As you correctly pointed out, they are well protected, but all it takes is for a protective bubble to burst and the slightest shock to the package can cause an impact.
The cans are sorted individually so that they are not sent.

The only cans we've mentioned that could be subject to very slight impacts are those from Brazil, which travelled in 2 different containers, involving a lot of handling and the risk of impact.

Please don't hesitate to send us photos to see the "impacts" you mention.

As exchanged by email, all your cans were carefully wrapped individually with reinforced bubble wrap.
Unfortunately, even with all these reinforcements, transport does not guarantee a problem-free arrival as explained on the site.
In some of the photos you sent us, we couldn't even make out the brand, and in those where we could see the dents, they were on the underside of the can.

Above all, these are consumer products, and we can't afford to exchange or refund a damaged can.

And we'd really like to point out that in your case, we couldn't even see the marks, they were really slight impacts and located far from the face of the can.

Each can is checked before dispatch, as it is individually packaged.

Indeed, the box focuses on sweets, as indicated on the item sheet and on the photo. On the savoury side, the box includes chips, mac'n cheese and dried meat, the main US bestsellers.
We could offer more savory items, but some American flavors aren't necessarily the most popular :)
