This probably concerns a Chinese Pocky, where the date displayed is that of manufacture and not that of consumption.

This is clearly indicated on products from China, unlike other Asian products such as Japan. China indicates the date of manufacture and the consumer must add an average of 10 to 12 months to this date to obtain the minimum durability date.
In fact, the actual date of purchase should be available on your invoice.
We assume this applies to Pocky Peach China.

The products all have the weight indicated, the photos are the photos of the products, nothing more.

Concerning the cotton candy, there are 2 versions, and the one you took even mentions it in the title 28g, and in the description small bag!

Concerning the small box of Nerds, it was indicated in red that some boxes of this batch had impacts.

The boxes of the products are not damaged, just a reference which was indicated.

Thank you for sending us photos of the cans concerned, as none of the cans on your order were marked with impacts.
It can happen during transport that they suffer impacts, but when they have nothing to start with and given the protection we use, it's very surprising.

The Pop-Tarts by 9 as you had taken fit in the parcel with the dimension, it was not possible to put additional wedging.
Otherwise we would have had to take another size of cardboard and fill with bubble wrap or padding (we try to limit the use of extra protection when it's not necessary, an ecological concern to be taken into account.
Our strong point is parcel protection, as noted by 95% of our customers in reviews. We can't have 50 references of cardboard boxes to adapt each order to each parcel, this one was perfectly suited to your order, unfortunately it suffered shocks in transit which can happen.
This should not have affected your Pop Tarts normally.

Thank you for your feedback. The date is indicated on each item below the price, in bold. It's very visible because it's also visible on the listing, even before entering the product.
And because we're transparent, it's also on the invoice at the time of purchase.
What's more, it's a DDM (no use-by date until the product has been opened) and not a DLC (use-by date), so you can be sure that your chocolate powder won't become perishable the day after the date indicated, i.e. after 2022-11-24.
Next time you buy something, take a good look at the 1800 items and you'll always find the date displayed, which is quite rare on food sites.

We're going to rewrite it again despite various warnings to the command...

Please read the product description carefully, it is indicated either in bold or in red that a good number of Monsters are not recommended for the collection.
It's not the warehouse's fault, it's simply that they travel an average of 10,000km and arrive that way.
So, for the sake of transparency, we're displaying it! It's clearly indicated on the products you've bought.
And for the Strawberry it's very strange, they don't have any dents, no customer has ever had a problem with them, and we've never had any dents even in transit on this version...

Before buying, it's important to read the texts written in red.
And that's why we remind you that we sell food products intended for consumption and not for collection, hence the famous message on the product sheet when there's a problem:

"The cans have suffered several impacts during transport, and have a few dents/scratches. We do not recommend them for the collection".
It's a shame to then post a message where the fault doesn't lie with the seller, who took the necessary precautions to warn the customer.

We do not sell expired products. Products may have a short date or be past their sell-by date, which are listed in the Anti-Gaspi section, as was the case for the Froot Loops cereal bars you bought on 27/10, which had a sell-by date of 31/10.
When you buy a product, the date is displayed on the website and on your invoice.

We'll leave it to you to read the definition of the DDM, which has nothing to do with an expiry date, and the French government strongly encourages the sale of products that have reached the end of their DDM, in order to combat food waste.

None of the other products in your order were concerned, so your return comment is surprising...

The Fanta and Coca cans have no impact before dispatch. It is highly likely that the can received a shock during transport, and depending on the violence of the shock during transport, a can may take a big impact on the sorting line. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as 0 risk with fragile products.

Normally, however, there's no penalty, given that the product is intended for consumption.

We are very surprised by your message.

We've sold a lot of spreads, especially the newly produced Bounty, and we've never had a single problem.

They are all stored and displayed in the same way and are part of the same batches.
It's hard to understand how 2 out of 4 jars could taste different.

We tested the 2 today that come from the same production batches and we can't see any problem. What's more, the products are sealed with a film that prevents them from taking in air even if a lid is opened.

Sorry to come back to your opinion, but it's not written at the end of the descriptions but in the short description visible on mobile or pc from the start.

If you haven't read the description, we have nothing to do with it. It's indicated in black and white in italics, so that you'll be aware of it as soon as you consult the file. It's specified on each file concerned.

And once again, we'd like to stress that we don't sell collectors' items, but food for consumption.

In fact, you'll find that all the sites offering cans, like us, have reported problems with shocked cans, which is only to be expected since they travel the world by plane, boat or truck, and then leave again and again by parcel post, suffering multiple shocks.

By the way, we replied by email (to your aggressive email) with all the explanations you didn't take the time to give us.
