We're going to rewrite it again despite various warnings to the command...

Please read the product description carefully, it is indicated either in bold or in red that a good number of Monsters are not recommended for the collection.
It's not the warehouse's fault, it's simply that they travel an average of 10,000km and arrive that way.
So, for the sake of transparency, we're displaying it! It's clearly indicated on the products you've bought.
And for the Strawberry it's very strange, they don't have any dents, no customer has ever had a problem with them, and we've never had any dents even in transit on this version...

Before buying, it's important to read the texts written in red.
And that's why we remind you that we sell food products intended for consumption and not for collection, hence the famous message on the product sheet when there's a problem:

"The cans have suffered several impacts during transport, and have a few dents/scratches. We do not recommend them for the collection".
It's a shame to then post a message where the fault doesn't lie with the seller, who took the necessary precautions to warn the customer.

We do not sell expired products. Products may have a short date or be past their sell-by date, which are listed in the Anti-Gaspi section, as was the case for the Froot Loops cereal bars you bought on 27/10, which had a sell-by date of 31/10.
When you buy a product, the date is displayed on the website and on your invoice.

We'll leave it to you to read the definition of the DDM, which has nothing to do with an expiry date, and the French government strongly encourages the sale of products that have reached the end of their DDM, in order to combat food waste.

None of the other products in your order were concerned, so your return comment is surprising...
