The contents of the box are great. Honestly, I think it's very good value for money. However, I was a little disappointed when I opened it. I thought it would be delivered in a pretty box, but in fact it's just all in the box. A small drawback for me as a Christmas gift-giver. The packaging would be a plus. Thank you for your seriousness, fast delivery. See you soon.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. The description clearly states that since 01/01/2024, the box is sent in a normal box to reduce the use of packaging.
We used to use 2 boxes, plus packing for a simple box, we decided a year ago to reduce this packaging to avoid overconsumption of cardboard.

The shipping costs are high in relay point when you order heavy items.
In your case 20 cans, that's more than 10Kg. Yes, 10€ for shipping may seem high, but your package wasn't 500g, the carrier charges by weight.
Do the test at the post office, and you'll see the price you pay for 1Kg and for 10Kg, it will triple or quadruple.
But in your case, it was free because you used a promotional code that reduced your bill by more than 10€,

I can only highly recommend POP'S AMERICA! An attentive salesman who will even find a way to help you with your order at a late hour, but also a speed of dispatch that today is difficult to find on other sales platforms, and prices that are absolutely correct! I always like to add a small negative but constructive point for improvement, but in this case everything is perfect, so hats off, I'll be back without a doubt.
