Good service in the shop from knowledgable staff. The actual shop itself was tricky to find. We used the one in Résidence ODALYS which doesn't come up on Google maps. Initialy we went to the one in the centre.

My son had to go back twice because the board was poorly fitted and to change shoes, otherwise the staff is nice, excellent quality price, good continuation.

No choice available in the all-mountain category. At the price we pay, we can expect to have a bit of choice. The skis were damaged even though I paid for the best quality. Other than that, very friendly staff!

Reserved two snowboards and two pair of deluxe boots. Super happy with the boards and the one pair of boots. There was no second pair available for my wife who instead got a rundown pair of basic boots. She was fine with it and the materials were adequate, but I felt quite disappointed having especially made reservations for the premium ones. Besides no apologies or refund was offered. I guess the season is not on the side of the client.

There was a huge queue in the shop and staff were moving extremely slowly. Although I booked online, they didn’t have any appropriate equipment so they gave me skis that were far too short and the boots were very old and broken. By that time I had been waiting in the shop for over an hour so took them. I came back the next day to ask if they had any longer skis and they had nothing at all. The staff don’t care at all, I found them really rude

2nd year renting from Precision Ski, we tried a second time. Same observation: Worn children's equipment, out of age. No better for adult equipment. We made sure not to choose the lowest price level. What should it be!
