Equipment was very old. Had to change one set of skis. Another set had issues with bindings. Boots also very old and uncomfortable - had to spend some time sorting out boots that fitted. We collected on Sunday morning and so perhaps they had run out of decent kit. When we returned we saw that they had given newer kit to other people. Staff were helpful

Very helpful shop. Happy to exchange boots and skis that weren’t right for us and even when some of our ski were taken by a mistake on the mountain they sorted it out. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We didn’t receive a pleasant experience while picking up our ski hire equipment. Impatient and rude staff. They were dismissive of us when we told them the boots didn’t fit. Condition of equipment was poor.
