Friendly staff. However, we had to wait 1h to pick up our skis while there were maybe 4-5 groups in front of us. Also feels a bit like a scam when you have to pay your ëassurance vol' at the counter again while we already paid online.

I've always been well directed, whether to rent skis or to buy sports and winter clothing. The sales staff are very attentive, thanks to their professionalism and availability, the store is well kept and the prices on winter clothing are affordable.
