I had a good experience at Ski Republich Palafour. Quick service when we arrived on Sunday, helpful staff. I had to change my boots as the fit was not quite right but again the staff were thorough in finding new boots which fitted fine. Would use again if visiting Tignes le Lac.

Pleasant salesperson with good advice on choice of equipment. Good quality equipment. On busy days (school vacations) the wait for equipment is long, between 1H30 and 2H.

Very nice people but the quality of the black skis was not very good but after several requests, we had good skis and were satisfied with our stay.

The store manager is cold and unsympathetic. She really needs to change jobs... Despite a purchase of over 500 euros, there's not a smile on her face. The only consolation is a model employee, Mathilde, who is very competent and commercial. I'll never set foot in this store again.
