Very good service and very good welcome

The UX is catastrophic on this site, there are only bugs. The dates change for no reason from 3 days to 1 week, Apple Pay is offered for payment but actually, you have to enter your card. The choice of skis offered is ridiculous. In short, very bad experience. What should have taken 5 minutes took 15, and the worst is that in-store, even with the fast track, I can waste a lot of time (already experienced several times). Unfortunately, I have no choice of rental company…

Good value and very helpful staff.

The staff in the shop at Tignes Le Lac were excellent. However, having rented "Prestige" level skis I was disappointed to see that the condition of the tops of the skis was very poor, certainly not "exceptional" as described. Further, having selected and paid for Breakage/Theft insurance I was shocked to find that after one ski's edge was damaged by a rock under the snow on a piste that I was still subject to a Euro 230.00 excess payment for damage to one ski. I can state that the cost to replace these skis in that condition was likely to be cEuro 100 on Ebay or a simiar site. I consider that charge to be almost theft and certainly way beyond any reasonable charge.

Very average ski, I expected much better when taking a sensation pack, they are in a deplorable state.

Not withstanding the language difference, the website remains a little "Clunky" and counter intuitive. Also, if I have booked my ski hire, why am I still getting emails about special offers?

Easy to use, friendly service in store, all spoke good English.

The most convenient location possible for the Pleny lift. Staff were mostly helpful, but initially refused to help me unless I could provide their booking email, despite me showing them their receipt and my booking being in their system, which just caused undue frustration and delay to me and others. Changing skis during our stay was easy and the gear was in ok condition. Price was discounted through our accomodation and very competitive.

Clear disappointment and wrong information when I received the skis. 1st time in 8 years coming several times a year. More than a pity

Following a burglary at our home, we had to cut short our stay mid-week and returned the equipment. Precision Ski refused to refund us, arguing that the booking had been made on a platform.

Super, very easy quote for bookings I recommend it to all and on everything there is a good choice of materials and prices are well in line with the quality of materials.

Hello, I appreciate the service, i.e. being able to rent equipment online for the whole family. However, the online booking site is not ergonomic at all, and I'm not talking about the mobile version, which is unusable. What's more, every time you book (3 times a year, after all), you have to re-enter all the information on the family members registered in your account. It's long and tedious. You have to save at each stage to avoid losing what you've entered. Finally, online prices vary from period to period. Discounts are nice, but not linear. As for on-site collection, despite the best efforts of the always charming on-site staff, the store doesn't always have the items (categories, sizes, etc.) reserved online. So overall satisfied that the service exists as it saves us time, but could be greatly improved in the many years we've been using it. Thanks for reading.

Aesthetic quality of skis very average for a prestige category

I received an unfriendly un professional greating in your shop (Ark 2000) . 18/1/2025. This may have been down to my Scottish accent? The young dark haired man asked are you here to book skies. I said no and produced paper work (in French) confirming my on line booking. He did not look at and just walked away carrying on his conversation with a colleague. I just stood there for what seemed for ever. He did come back and ask the same question . I tried to explain he just pointed me to another member of staff who measured my feet and got me skis sticks, boots and a helmet. I had been up since 05.00 hrs that morning and just wanted a smooth ski collection. I did not go back to the shop untill it was time to hand it all back. I am only giving you 3 stars because I had very short skis I am 5'10 tall.

The site is intuitive and easy to use, but bugs all the time. I placed 2 orders three months apart and had the same problems. Basket not saved or not complete at the time of purchase, display problems or infinite tab loading...

Overall, a pleasant store in terms of customer service. On the other hand, the equipment rented was a little below the expected quality in terms of wear.

I had a great week on the resort, with a quality snowboard and boots that could even be changed at my request, free of charge. I even got a big discount on the snowboard rental.
