My overall opinion is good and I understand that ski hire can take time but we had to wait 70 minutes on the first morning to receive our skis which was frustrating. The skis were very good quality. When we returned our skis the service was very quick. Overall the staff were very good and polite.

Good price (get a discount with code locatignes), but I wonder if I really got the intermediate snowboard I ordered: when I came to pick up my order, they said they only had one board for my size. They gave me what they had and maybe not what I paid for.
