Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They made sure that I had all the equipment,plus the skis and helmet I hired were nearly brand new. The poles were a little second hand as one of them was bent. But on the second day a staff member noticed this and changed it for me.

Excellent friendly helpful service. My hire skis had obvious signs of wear/ damage on the top surface but had been serviced well and performed perfectly which is what really matters. Thank you

Renter who took the trouble to open early on a Saturday morning because the skis from the day before had come back in poor condition. Very useful for enjoying the slopes as soon as they open.

The skis were ok, but old considering we paid for platinum. The fitter forgot to fit the second ski for each of my two children. Fortunately they were in ski lessons and so their instructor was able to do it. Children both had problems with boots fitting but were replaced with minimal fuss.

Our initial ski's and boot sizing was a bit rushed but when we returned the next day to exchange my skis and my partners boots the guys were very helpful and set us up extremely well. Would use them again
