I was perfectly received by Léa who provided me with the desired material even though my reservation was not the right one. On her advice, I called customer service and there again I was very well received, they took perfect care of my case and everything was sorted out at the agreed price with the associated promotions without needing to fight. I highly recommend, a small detail we were outside the school holiday period.

The renting process was quick and the skis were in good condition, but the ski boots were not properly clean (not referring to normal signs of usage which expected from a rental boots)
