However, we would like to make an important clarification: when a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is preferable to refuse it or to make precise reservations with the carrier.
Indeed, if accepted without reservation, carriers consider that the contents have been received in good condition, which greatly complicates any claims.
Regarding your case, you have sent us photos for only 2 items, while the order contains 8. In order to process your request in its entirety, we would need visuals for all the concerned items.
Furthermore, we have attempted to contact you 3 times by phone to discuss directly with you and find a quick solution, but we have not received any response from you to date.
We remain available and attentive to resolve this situation under the best conditions.
