Upon receiving my order, I was very disappointed. Half of the tarts were broken. I made a complaint, and a few days later I received a new shipment - intact. I did not receive an email confirming the new shipment and that is a bit regrettable. From a communication point of view. In the end, all's well that ends well. I give 3 stars

the delivery location has been changed without notifying me. This new pickup point was in another city. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my order
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Martine,

We are sincerely sorry for this change of delivery location.

The pickup point has indeed been modified at the initiative of the carrier. This situation can occur for various reasons beyond our control: temporary closure of the pickup point (holidays), storage capacity reached, or occasional logistical constraints.

As stated in the general sales conditions of the carrier, they reserve the right to adapt the pickup point in order to ensure the proper delivery of the package in the best possible time.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Of course, we remain at your disposal if needed.

Have a nice day
