The product itself suits me, but I ordered to be delivered to a pickup point 500 m from my home. I had to pick it up 5 km from my house. That is the reason for my dissatisfaction.

Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Nicole,
We understand your disappointment regarding the delivery issue encountered, and we fully share your frustration.
We understand that this can be particularly disappointing, but the delivery problem is attributable to our carrier, and not to our team.
This can happen when the chosen pickup point is saturated, closed, or temporarily unavailable. In this case, the carrier automatically chooses the nearest available pickup point to avoid delaying your delivery.
Our main goal is to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, and we are deeply sorry that this has not been the case.
We remain at your disposal for any questions and thank you for your trust.
We look forward to seeing you again on your next order.
Have a nice day

Pleasantly surprised and at the same time disappointed... Indeed, I ordered 2 packages and received 48 mini cocoa pastries as a gift, sincerely great! However, what a disappointment during my last orders of 7-8 packages where the gift was 6 mini pastries... look for the error. Your products are excellent, commercially speaking it's not the same! Mr. THOMAS William
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Mr. Thomas,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your compliments on our products, it makes us very happy!
We would like to provide you with some clarifications regarding the mini cocoa pastries. These are products supplied by our provider, and during their production, a weight issue was detected, making them non-compliant for standard marketing. Rather than destroy them, we chose to offer them to our customers for any order exceeding a certain amount, so they can still enjoy them.
In general, we always include only a few samples in the packages. Therefore, the number of mini pastries offered may vary depending on the volume of the order.
We hope this explanation clarifies the situation and thank you again for your loyalty and understanding.
Looking forward to delighting you again,
Have a nice day
