Too many broken products. Even though a refund was made, I was missing some items....
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Nicolas,
We are sincerely sorry for the inconveniences encountered during the receipt of your order, particularly regarding the damaged products.
We want to assure you that the merchandise always leaves our premises in perfect condition. We take great care in the preparation and packaging of each order so that it reaches you in the best possible conditions. Unfortunately, despite all the precautions in place, we remain dependent on the numerous handling done during transport by the carriers. Our products remain fragile, and it can happen that they suffer shocks beyond our control.
Since the refund has already been made, we hope that beyond this, the commercial gesture proposed on your next order will demonstrate our willingness to satisfy you and preserve your trust.
We remain at your disposal for any further questions and hope to have the opportunity to fully satisfy you on your next order.
Have a nice day
