Prêt à Garnir consistently delivers quickly and with careful packaging, and customers praise fast delivery, reliable processing, and helpful communication about order progress. The product range is regarded as varied and the items receive positive notes for taste and alignment with descriptions, with many items described as fresh and well presented. Many reviews highlight dependable service, responsive support, and repeat orders due to strong value and favorable delivery experiences. Customers also appreciate sturdy packaging and thoughtful touches, with several notes about high satisfaction and willingness to reorder.
We are disappointed because part of the order arrived crushed... certainly due to the delicacy of La Poste who delivered it to us.

Package arrived very quickly after the order. Thank you for the extra gift. I chose the 96 taco cups. Too bad there aren't four packs of 24. Do they keep well? I hope so.
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Paulette,
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Our tacos keep very well in an airtight container or a metal box, protected from moisture. This way, you can preserve their crunchiness even several weeks after opening.
The choice of packaging in two bags of 48 by our supplier also responds to a desire to limit waste and unnecessary packaging — an approach we are committed to continuing to reduce our environmental impact.
However, we take good note of your suggestion, as your feedback helps us to constantly improve our products.
Have a nice day

Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Magali,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are delighted that you are satisfied with our products and our company. However, we fully understand your disappointment regarding the delivery conditions.
We want to clarify that we have shipped your order carefully several times, and it is regrettable that the transport did not meet expectations. When, as you mentioned, a delivery person throws packages over a gate, it obviously does not reflect our quality standards. In this case, it is important to report the problem directly to the carrier so that they can be sanctioned and it does not happen again.
We remain at your disposal for any further assistance and do our utmost to ensure that your future deliveries go smoothly.
Have a nice day
