Super happy except that there is a lack of information. It would be good to inform customers how long to fill the cones (for example) before tasting. To avoid the cones going soft. And there should be a few more recipe ideas. Otherwise everything is perfect. Thank you

We include an information letter in each parcel to help you fill our mini-canapés. In the section devoted to our mini-cocktails, it says: "Our range of mini-cocktails can be filled up to the minute, up to ½ hour in advance". This information also appears in the description on the site, but perhaps it's not visible enough. Clearly this isn't enough, so we're going to revise our communication to make it more visible. The products are good but regularly there is not the number indicated on the box, regularly 1 or 2 pieces less.

Not disappointed with the quality of my products they are in accordance with my purchases on the other hand even if the parcel is super well packed that makes 2 times that I take puff pastry quiches some are broken... not cool

Very, very professional company, and coming from craftsmen who found it hard to delegate, that's saying a lot! Compared to many of their competitors, who are easier to find through physical retailers, the taste and quality are undeniable, and the customer service is top-notch! The only small flaw beyond their control is delivery, as with many other companies.
