Delivery took too long.

Still nothing received since 10 days that the package has been sent…

The product is what I expected and suits me well, but the delivery time was neither fast nor close access as announced. The desired relay point next to my home did not work - I learned since that this is the case in July and August for several years / no package reception during the summer period - why is this information not integrated into the online system when we are asked to choose a relay point?, and the new relay point chosen later by the carrier was significantly further away. Moreover, contradictory automatic messages about the location and delivery have succeeded each other in my email inbox from Produits-veto alternating with Colissimo. Confusing...

They did not have one of the products available, the one that was most important to me, and they did not notify me, they simply made the shipment without it. That is not right, it is said and given the opportunity to cancel, especially being a shipment to Spain with how expensive it is.

the product is indeed compliant but the delivery leaves much to be desired. Fortunately, the product is packaged in plastic because if it had been glass, I would have found it in a thousand pieces as the packaging box was reduced to mush.

Product ordered and paid for but not picked up: 7 days without news from Mondial Relay which redirected it without consultation to a different relay point than initially planned (unavailable) but much further away (11 km in the countryside) and therefore inaccessible for me. Zero points for Mondial Relay

Lencloître is less than 100 km from my home but as luck would have it, the package traveled well, it left Lencloître to go to Niort, then up to Blois to land in Tours and finally Bourgueil. Hello carbon footprint. Otherwise, it wasn't the first time I ordered, so as usual. For 1 euro more I would take Colissimo
