I placed the order because the item was in stock but a few days later, I received a message saying there would be a delay due to a stock shortage. This is not very serious. I eventually received the order with a lot of delay. I think I will not order items from you again. A very unhappy customer!

Order received quickly. However, found the package in a small locker. Package completely damaged and was forced to retrieve it, all deformed. I myself had trouble getting it out. I am very unhappy with the delivery person who has no respect for customers; I am convinced that he himself would not have appreciated if this happened to him. I rate 0 for the delivery person!!!!!!

The delivery was not what we selected. We chose the premium delivery option "At home with Signature" which would take 3-5 days. However, the delivery took longer than 10 days, and it was sent to a packet station, and it was also not delivered with signature. This was not sent with the premium delivery. When I asked about it, they didn't say anything about it. We paid extra 30 Euro for this. They just ignored.
